In the Title industry millions of dollars flow through our offices on a daily basis. The potential for fraud is huge, but there is no single collection point for fraud information. There is no mandatory reporting of certain types of frauds and Fraud in the secondary market is underreported. This course will equip the learner in recognizing fraud in the transactions they are a part of. Pennsylvania requires the student take a proctored exam at the end of the course.
